Winter is here and as we head in to February many of you are beginning to feel the tugging of the winter blues.
Come take some time to join a group of amazing women as we join together each day to refresh, renew and re-frame how to structure your time so that you can step through the winter without being dragged down by the darker days, cooler temps and increased solitude.
We kick off Monday February 15th and run until Friday February 19th.
I am Melissa Kitchen, your Whole Woman, Whole You Coach and your guide through this virtual retreat. My “soul” purpose is to help you to reclaim yourself by regaining your resilience and rebuilding your brilliance!
Each day I’ll post a video “respite” to this group that will help make this the “Winter of You”. I know you have commitments, so you get to choose when you watch.
I will also be available on Facebook daily to answer questions and support you as you add some of these strategies into your daily life. And like all proper retreats, there will be some special gifts for participants!

Day 4: A Healthy You: Easy ways to add some healthy Winter Sanity and Self Care routines and treats into your schedule
Day 5: Friday Summer Sanity and Self Care Finale
